Chocolate being spread with palette knives on the marble to temper it

Everything comes from the workshop

Behind the shop, a twenty-square-metre workshop and a marble table. That's where Élise tempers the chocolate, moulds the Easter eggs and tops every bar, by hand.

We make small batches, often: what you see in the window was made this week.

  • Handmade in Colmar

  • No palm oil
  • Holiday orders
